Club scrap technique challenge- flowers

Hi all, happy Saturday! Hope you all are getting the summer-like weather like we are here for a couple days before we go back to spring weather again. With that said donna's club scrap technique challenge is perfect for your spring pages. Grab your papers and make flowers. For the page, i my made flowers to accent the picture of my daughters with snapchat filter. First, i punched out the vellum paper backing from the cherry blossoms stickers from the kit . Then, i stamped flowers on to the silver paper then fussy cut them out. I then layered them together and added a sequin on top. hi all, welcome to the club scrap artist team challenge blog hop. if you are hopping along with us then you are here from hetty's blog  if you get lost along the way or want to start from the beginning go to Karen's post on the club scrap blog.  the artist team challenge was to use the bouquet stamps on our projects. today , I am sharing with you a 12 x 12 page I made using fuchsia, black and silver cardstock and mats from the cherry blossoms kit and the challenge stamp set. i just love the bold look of the flowers when I stamped them on white cardstock so I fussycut them out and added them in a cluster and in the corner adding foam to the back of some for dimension. then, I stamped out the saying from the cherry blossoms stamp set and added it next to the picture of my teenager with her fav saying as the title- be happy.  lastly, I added those pretty flower sequins and enamel drops to the page.

Hi all, welcome to the club scrap cherry blossoms blog hop! Hope you are having fun hopping along with us and getting some awesome inspiration. if you are hopping with us, then you are here from josette's blog . If you want to start from the beginning or get lost along the way head to karen's post on the club scrap blog here. Today i am sharing with you a page i made using all the goodies from the cherry blossom deluxe kit. I just love the purples in the papers they matched my dd's dress perfectly! To make my background i started with the club scrap white cardstock and gessoed it to take my gelatos smudged with the water and plastic packaging technique then for a faux ink oxide look i sprayed peroxide onto the page and got a cool speckled look. I will definitely use that technique again:) then i fussy cut out the gorgeous cherry blossom blooms , added some cutaparts behind the pics and added tags with ribbon for texture. Lastly, i added those pretty lil flower stickers to finish the page. Thanks for stopping by and have fun hopping!

Page for club scrap using the stuck sketches sketch

hi all, tonight I am stopping by to share a page I made using the club scrap cherry blossom deluxe kit. I just loved using the two different shades of pink along with the touch of charcoal paper and black and white photo. I then fussy cut and foam taped the flowers at the top and the bottom and around the photo.  I used the stuck sketches april midmonth sketch to inspire the design and for a added pop of color I added gold letters and doilies from my stash .0h those cute lil flower stickers are from club scrap too lastly, I added some layers and ink splashes .

creative with stamps baby card challenge#13

Hi all, happy spring! I hope spring is finally finding you where you are at because i think it is finally here in new jersey :) today i am stopping by to share two cards i made for the creative with stamps challenge blog dt. I am super excited to be apart of this talented team! The challenge theme this month is baby and it is their blogs 1st anniversary too. Make sure you link up your baby cards there for a chance to win some awesome prizes!

For these 4.25" x 5.5" cards i started with a white card blank and used the plastic packaging technique with various green and pink inks to make a separate boy and girl card using simliar items i had in my stash. The lil baby clothesline clothes are from a old see d's stamp set i have and i used my spectrum noir markers to match. I then glued some twine, doily , and sequins to add a sparkly touch. Oh and the welcome is stamped with my enormous stampin'up rotary stamp that i love to make custom words with. Lastly, to finish it off i inked the edges of them both.
