happy middle of the week!---is it halloween yet?!

hi all, happy Wednesday!....is it Halloween yet?!...i am as bad as my dd when it comes to being excited for holidays!! i love Halloween and all the decorations and seeing all the kids dressed up!how about you?..so next week you know i will be scrapping Halloween pics!i hope this day finds you all well! here are some lo's i scrapped this week. thanks for looking and ttys!! sorry for the lack of posting last week....

hi all, i must say, i had a very busy week last week! we had the chance to babysit my 1 yr.old nephew greyson and let me tell you he is a fun and cute little kid!!but at the same time mike and i were sick so we tagged teamed taking care of the kids so one another could try to fight off the sinus/throat/ear infections we both had..that was the worst part..the best part was spending time with our nephew and celebrating my dh's birthday and getting to go a couple places when we felt better!! we got to go to a bird show at my dd's school and we got to go to the aquarium in pt. pleasant and saw the penguins and some really cool fish! greyson loved the fish!(of course i forgot my camara! ..ughh!)...so here i am finally posting today....this week so far has started out good i hope the rest of it turns out better! let me leave you with some silly pics from the week and a saying i love that my fortune cookie said a few weeks ago : you will never know your full potential, until you try. oh and the 3rd pic is my bad 1st and last attempt at making candy apples!lol! they tasted good but we had more fun calling them crappy apples all day!lol! have a great day! jen t.

i have rediscovered my love of crafty-ness

hi all, i know this sounds corny but since i have opened my etsy shop i have rediscovered my creative crafty-ness(aside from the scrapbook page making me). does this make any sense to you?...it hard to explain ! in any event i am having a blast making stuff for the shop!...my creative mojo is flowing so much that i even carved my own rubber stamp this week. i had carving rubber that i had been wanting to give a try and so a pic i drew a few weeks ago finally became reality in a stamp...as you see above. then,crop addicts is having a great challenge this week and so i decided to use my little owl i crafted and add him to a lo..and wahla! hope you like it and thanks for looking!oh and keep your eyes peeled ...i feel that this little girly owl will be making an appearance in my esty shop soon!..goto now..i am off to baby-proof the house i have one of my baby nephews staying the week with us.can't wait to spend time with him! ttys! ---- jen t.
