hi all, here are some more things i made with the memorable seasons kit that i forgot to show you here on my blog( did i mention i had soo much fun with this kit!-love it!) - tfl! ttys! :)

have you heard?---there's a throwdown going on at m.s.-and still time to get in on the fun and maybe win a prize

hi all, are you ready to get cook'in?! For this weeks throwdown challenge my main ingredient is USING ALL PATTERNED PAPERS FOR THE PAGE INCLUDING MATTING. my special seasonings are going to be using a PINCH OF STITCHING AND A DASH OF SPARKLE OR BLING somewhere on your page. And now your challenge is to go into your scrappy kitchens and work to re-create your version of my special entree. You will want to use the same main ingredient as well as the special seasonings that I used. But then you can show us what type of chef you are by adding in your own special seasonings to make it your own. have fun and i can't wait to see what you create!!! You have until Thursday, February 17th at midnight to get your layout done for this challenge, loaded into the gallery and linked up here. If you do, your name will be entered in for a random prize drawing. The next throwdown will be up on Friday, February 18th. here are my page examples i cooked up the first dish i made is with the febuary kit that i finally got a clearer pic of (leftovers but still tasty) and the second the dish is the dish i made for this throwdown. it is extra delish!

cool concept-rent stamps....huh?! who knew!

hi all, yes i am up late but just wanted to share a site i stumbled across tonite...if you have netflix ...they do stamps rentals the same...so cool! i need to check it out further but so much better than storing a million stamps sets and getting bored with them after a few times . with this just use them and send them back...how cool is that!!... well off to catch some zzzz's! night all! thanks for stopping by! ttys! jen t

my page for this weeks paperwings challenge and a flower i made

hi all, just popping on to share a flower i made and a page i made for this weeks paperwings challenge. this flower i made on the super cheap(free with purchase ;))...it was tissue paper that my coffee mugs were wrapped in.at first glace i thought hmmm!not that pretty ...but then i looked again and i used my 3 inch scalloped punch and put a few layers together and punched ..(it ripped alittle getting it out but i think it added to the look) then i added a brad thru the middle and fluffed up the layers and wahlaa! pretty flower..the only extra thing i did on my layout is added a embossed and inked chipboard flower to the middle. tfl! ttys! jen t.

a note from jill at memorable seasons----Mark your calendars now for this weekend and join us for the Memorable Seasons New Year's Number Crop!! Beginning on Friday, January 7th, the design team will issue 12 challenges for the 12 months of the year. Each challenge will represent a month and will use the number of that month in a creative way to inspire your layout. Our Online Crop will last until Sunday night, but you will have until the following Sunday night (the 16th) at midnight to complete your challenges. Points will be awarded for each challenge completed as well as the games that we play over the weekend. The person with the most points will be our winner!
