 Here is a  witch hat project I made using papers from the Moxxie zombie attack collection(all patterned papers) and the racing collection (black paper)


from my stash:   packing tape (more info on this in a upcoming post)
                           tacky glue
                           dollar store black spider and  flower bush
                           red stickles
                           black distress ink
                           gems

This is seriously fantastic! Love the spiders and gems and the punch you used around the base. So pretty!!
