The middle flowery looking embellie in the middle is two punched scalloped circles folded unevenly and then stuck on each side of the look what i can do sticker.  I then, added some letter stickers and some diy enamel dots to add more interest. welcome sign for moxxie

Hi all,  happy day and welcome! :)I am stopping by today to share a fun project I made using the easter-rific collection. so , let me just tell you what a crafty nerd I am. When I saw these papers I just thought I have to make a sign for my front door because they match my window box flowers! The purples and orange and greens are so pretty! Do you get as excited as I do when your papers match perectly? To make this welcome sign, I first took a piece of hard kraftboard I had from the back of a paper pad then I used a large pot lid( because it was the perfect size I wanted my sign) and traced it on to that and two pieces of the floral papers. Then I cut out all three about 12 inch circles. The one floral paper circle  I adhered to the circle kraft board and the other I cut around the flowers on both sides. I then added those pieces with pop dots to the alternate sides if the other floral paper to create a floral circle affect on the sign. Next, I used the triangle stickers from this collection a a lil bit of twine to make a banner on top.  Lastly,  I used my cricut to cut welcome out of the pretty purple chevron paper and added the swirl and accent stickers to finish.  thanks for stopping by! have a great day and happy creating!! Jen t.

Moxxie goodness i used:

Easter-rific element stickers
Easter-rific border stickers
Easter-rific-  think spring paper

From my stash:

twine
Popdots
office help cricut cartridge

Thank you card using authentique for ss

Hi all, Happy Tuesday! I hope today gets your crafty mojo flowing! I have to admit this last week ,my mojo had been lacking, so when that happens i take out some basics and play. this week i played with my watercolor markers and authentique paper. The authentique paper is so thick that it was perfect to hold it's shape up to the moisture. So, the black and white floral print just called to me to color it. First, i cut my paper down the middle and folded it in half to make two 6x 6 cards. the one that had the flowers in the middle i used . I then decided i wanted a border so i trimmed a lil bit off the sides and backed it with a piece of the ombre black/gray paper . I then colored the flowers and leaves in the middle leaving the rest uncolored and room for more embellishing .Then i diecut a frame and layered on the oval diecut, added the letter stickers and butterfly i made. Next i added pearl dots and ribbon. Lastly, i added a bit of pink ink along the edges to bring the color around the card.

Below are some pictures of how i made the details on the card:

What i used:
Authentique classique papers, diecut and letter stickers
Watercolor pencils
Water blending pen
queen and co. pearl dots
doily
Butterfly punch
Frame die
Elmers tape runner
Ribbon from my stash
Pink chalk ink

make sure you get yours in the speedy scrappers store so you can play with this collection too.
Have a great day and happy creating! Jen t.

a lil bird happy birthday card for ss dt

Hi all, Happy Tuesday!  I am having alot of fun using the authentique classique collection for my recent projects! Did you get your collection yet? make sure you get it in store at speedy scrappers before they are gone! Today I am sharing with you a card I made using the collection and a bunch of my punches. I first, cut a 6 x12 piece of the lace-look paper then folded it in half to make a 6 x 6 card and added black ink lightly around the edges. Then I cut the black and turquoise paper and used my edge punch and adhered it to the base. Then, I layered two diecuts using popdots in between for dimension and spelled out happy birthday on top with the little alphas. Next, I used my XL flower punch and layered the flower with my butterfly punch for the middle.(tip-by layering and staggering the butterfly punched pieces it made a cool flower center-think out of the box with your tools). Lastly, I layered all the pieces together and secured it with a sparkle brad in the middle, added some punched leaves and a lil bird perched on top and wallah!  Have a great day and happy creating! Jen t.

I love you to the moon and back! for moxxie dt

Hi all, jen t. here. I am so excited to share my first project and blogpost with you all on moxxie!! As soon as i saw this reach for the stars collection i just knew it would be perfect for pictures of my lil boy. I first took about a 1/4 off of each side of the rocketman paper then layered it on the orange side of the starships. Then, i layered the border diecut strips and on every otherof the  spaceship border i popped them out and added a popdot to each to add dimension. Next, i added the other diecuts and planet sticker. Lastly, i added orange thread from my stash onto the  planet sticker and circle diecuts for texture. Hope you have a great day and happy creating!  Jen t.
