finally a family of 4

hi all, just stopping by to share a lo i did recently of a family pic we had taken on july forth. as soon as we got to a river beach with friends to get ready to watch fireworks this is what the sky looked like ,a perfect orange sky and of course a perfect back drop to our first family of 4 pic. a family pic since mackenzie is born yay!:) i just love this pic! so of course i had to scrapbook it! that is of course what us scrappers do! :) tfl! and ttys! jen t.

do you know what a silly band is?

hi all! if you have a kid you prob. know what a silly band is! if not it is a rubber shaped band that most kids wear as bracelets and collect and of course they can't just have one!!!!now my dd is collecting them too but she doesn't like to wear hers she likes to look at them so i pulled out my scrapbook scraps and pocket pages,letter stickers and binder rings and we made this easy silly bandz album...she loves it and looks at it everyday....it is always the little things that make her happy :)above are pics of her book that she wanted to show ya's. tfl! happy crafting with your kids! jen t.

did you know?

hi all, while in walmart not let them for my b-day" because they were $15. a pack of 4 i knew i couln't get them then...so one day in a conversation with my friend jenn i told her how expensive they were and she said she heard crayola pipsqeak markers work....and excited to find a cheaper alternative . i was so excited now i need all the colors!!! all u need is the thin pipsqeaks and a rubber pencil grip and put it on the marker and then put it where the blade would go and hit cut and it will draw the image instead of cut.....i love this! i just wanted to share this with u today.....happy creating!!!!! jen t. tip- use a qtip w/baby powder to help get the grips on easier :)

and the last one.....silly i had to load pics this way but blogger was not cooperating lol!!!! confused by what i am talking about reading a couple post down ..lol!!! have a great day!

hi! tonights the night...i am seeing eclipse at midnight....woohooo!!! i am so excited!!! and happy summer all! i don't know where you are but it is hot here in n.j.!!!! glad to have my dd home for the summer ! so sorry i haven't posted in a while ...mackenzie is 2 months old already and i am finally getting a little more sleep :) she is a cutie patutie! so i am stopping by to share some pages i have worked on lately. yay! i am back to scrapping once a week with my friend jenn and even joined a local group of fantastic local scrappy gals to scrap with once a month or so :) so i hope you are enjoying your summer so far and talk to you soon!! :) jen t. having problems loading pics so i will try again soon!! sorry!

33 days

hi all. 33 days til eclipse!....wohooo!! i am so excited cause this time i get to go to the midnight movie showing with my friends! :) should be a blast!!! gotta love the twilight series!.....oh! another book series i am hooked on is the house of nights by p.c. cast....so far i am on her fifth book...these books are fab!!! i even got my mil hooked on them!! (and they are not the kind of books she normally reads)...so how are you all doin? i can't believe summer is just around the bend! memorial day is this weekend...and if the weather is nice us locals hibernate in our own yards away from all the vacationers and bennies as us local like to call them come down to their shore weekend/summer houses....( must be nice to have a second house to escape to at will.....to dream! lol!!! anyway, hope the nice warm weather finds you where you are at! and happy memorial day !!! oh! i forgot i have a pick of a lo i just did this week while scrappin with my friend jenn and i love how it turned out!!!....( title idea compliments of jenn) tfl and stopping by! jen t. :)

some projects

made my dd a sign for her room using scrappy supplies i mod- podged scrappy paper on a repainted cabinet to match my dd's room ( after) i made a quick cover to hide toys under the changing table with iron-ons,velcro and pillow cases :) yes pillow cases....a no sew project :) the kind i like :)--(this is before)--above and lo's i made below hi all, finally feeling like i am getting in some sort of a routine since my wee-one has been born :) just stopping in to fancy-up my blog and add some new pages i have made recently and some projects i worked on before she was born . thanks for stopping by! ttys! jen t:)

she's here!! :) she is so beautiful! she was born 7 lbs 10 oz 20 inches long. she is now 3 weeks old. i promise i will get new pics up soon! ttys! meet my new dd mackenzie and me and family:) jen :)

hi all, just dropping by to wish you all a happy easter!!!hope you all have the awesome weather we have had here in n.j. for the last few days and more warmer days are in are forecast too! ...woohooo! i am so happy to see my flowers blooming! how about you? i can't believe i have only 1 month to go! this week we finally got the crib up and stuff ready in case she decides to come before my c-section date :) cause she is in charge!..lol!!! and again i would like to thank brownie troop #20 for throwing myself and the leader deb ( due the same day as me) a baby shower at the last meeting!they are a fabulous group of girls and woman and i am so blessed to know them all!!! it really did mean so much to me! i am so sorry i haven't had much of my scrappy creations up...i have made a few new layouts and i hope to post them soon...and i can't wait to get my energy back so that i can get back to scrappin on a regular basis again....by summer i hope to be back to normal and us all in some kind of schedule/routine. ....ok. wishful thinking i know...but scrapping/cardmaking is the only way i de-stress. :) well i think i need to get some sleep now....happy easter again and ttys! jen t. free image courtesy of vintageholidaycrafts.com

7 weeks and counting :)

hi all, well not much longer to go til we meet the new addition to our family....7 weeks and 4 days to go til my due date :) hope you all are well , sorry i haven't been blogging so much been running low on energy and creativity lately...hmmm! i wonder why?!..lol!! needless to say i promise i will post pics as sooon as she comes and hope to talk to you all soon! jen t. -
